SonderEQ provides secure communication and sentiment analysis tools that help organizations engage their members through text messaging and digital platforms. The Services are designed for organizational use — to strengthen communication, feedback, and trust within groups.

SonderEQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
All intellectual property associated with SonderEQ — including software, design, content, and branding — remains the exclusive property of SonderEQ, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
If your organization subscribes to a paid plan, payment terms are defined in your signed agreement. SonderEQ may suspend Services for nonpayment.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SonderEQ does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all insights are accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold SonderEQ harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
SonderEQ may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, misuse data, or engage in conduct that harms others or SonderEQ's integrity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Delaware, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
SonderEQ provides text messaging programs on behalf of the organizations that use our Services. By enrolling in an organization's text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from that organization at the mobile number you provided. This is one program — communications from that organization to its members: surveys and polls on matters affecting its members, reminders to answer them, invitations to its member app, and replies from its staff within conversations you take part in. Organizations do not send marketing or promotional messages under this consent. Enrollment is optional and is never required to join an organization, to remain a member, or to use any other part of the Services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a final message confirming your unsubscription, and no further messages will be sent. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at info@sondereq.com.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your enrollment and mobile information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including our commitments regarding text messaging opt-in data and consent.
